Everyone we encounter in our lives plays a part in our story. Each experience leads to decisions that develop who we are.
Sometimes we come to an encounter or experience that we aren’t sure how to interpret or work through. When we experience mental health symptoms or life stress that impairs our functioning, it is important to seek, learn, and utilize skills to get back to functioning that help us achieve our goals.
My approach is based on transpersonal and narrative therapy theories to help the client best explore themselves, and the effect of others around them. My goal is to help clients understand themselves, learn skills to help them grow, and take the path that is best for them. Reaching out and asking questions can be the start to the growth and healing you need.
